I have worked for about 3 years illegally, pay tax and NI but used fake ID to gain employment. I quit the job when my employer asked me to present my passport because of illegal working arrest and the passport had been destroyed. I have stopped working since that time almost a year now because its difficult to secure another job. I'm in a relationship with a British citizen, we live together and have a child together, we are in love and planned to get married. The problems are my gf is under 21 and not working, though looking for work at the moment. I have never claim any benefits whatsover, I only wanna get sorted and live a normal life with my family.
