I came in this country on oct 2002 as a student and was later joined by my wife
and my eldest daughter. My wife worked as a supply teacher and i was a student n
the house husband with initial part time job at sainsbury which I did only for
sometime. In july 2005 we bought a house also. In 2008 oct i applied for PSW
which was rejected. I made an appeal in AIT but it was dismissed as well
followed by reconsideration n finally i went to the High court as well where the
verdict was no further appeal on this case. So on 7 sep 2009 I was declared an
overstayer with no leave to remain.

My query is what are my chances of
getting a discreationary leave based on certain factors
1. my eldest daughter
is in year 6 age 10. She started her education in this country n is also been
identified as young gifted n talented.
2. My wife has worked as a supply
teacher for the past 6.5years in this country with a high recommendation from
schools who hire her time and again. Also, for the past three years she has been
a SATS Marker for Key stage 2 English.
3. We have friends who have given
letters to support our stay in uk.
4. We also got a very srong letter of
support from our local MP stating that we are no burden to the society as were
not on any public funds but tax payers and will be an assest to the society.
5.
School report and my daughter's class teacher's letter attached with a proof of
her high ability work.
6.Our involvment within the society as we have friends
from jesus army where we have contributed in celebrating and participating in
the multicultural events.
7. My youngest daughter was born in uk in 2006 , she
is three years old.
8. Our own house in uk , n the ability to financially
support ourselves with out any public funds .

I will be gratful if you can
reply to my query and give me any suggestion. My nationality is Indian.

Also,
can I apply for any other country like canada, Denmark or Australia from within
uk ?
