Maternity Pay

Hello

I wish to make an inquiry with regards to maternity pay on behalf of a colleague. This person has been employed for the last 14 months in the same company(full time) She is on a 5 year visa with her husband who is the main holder of the visa. She would like to know what pay she would be entitled to if she were to have a child in Northern Ireland. Her nationality is Indian.
