Last 16 January, the UK Border Agency published a new version of Form BR3, which is used by Romanian and Bulgarian nationals to apply for an accession worker card.
You should now use the new versions of the BR3 form and guidance notes (version '01/2012') when applying for an accession worker card.
The form has been amended so that a Bulgarian or Romanian work permit application and the BR3 application can be case-worked simultaneously, to avoid delays.
